An electronic service that enables users to file grievances, follow up on them, and respond to them by the concerned authorities. It also allows viewing the statement electronically.

Steps

for individuals:

Log in through the national unified sign-on on the Masar platform

Choose the grievance service

Submit a grievance request

Follow up on the grievance request

Find out the outcome of the grievance request

For professionals:

Log in through the national unified sign-on on the Masar platform

Choose the grievance service

Follow-up grievance requests

Submit the statement regarding the grievance request

Closing the grievance request with the final statement

Conditions

The user is assumed to be a Saudi national.

It is assumed that the user has access to the service.

It is assumed that the user has an account in Single Sign-On.​
