Article 243: 

The Minister shall issue the necessary decisions and regulations for the implementation of the provisions of this Law within one hundred and eighty days from the date of its entry into force. The implementing regulations shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Article 244: 

This Law shall supersede the Labor Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/21) dated 06/09/1389 AH and shall repeal all conflicting provisions. Regulations and decisions issued prior to the entry into force of this Law shall remain in effect until amended.

Article 245: 

This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force after one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication.
