Flexible working (Mrn)

The flexible work system enables both the job seeker and the employer to contract with job seekers flexibly, as the wage is calculated on an hourly basis, without being restricted to paid vacations, end-of-service benefits, and also does not require a probationary period, and the goal of self-employment in the flexible system is to create Many job opportunities, and meeting the needs of private sector establishments of national cadres, sons and daughters of the Kingdom.

Teleworking

The successive technical developments have contributed to the creation of a new culture within the labor market, which provides job opportunities that transcend the barriers of time and place, and brings together the owner of the establishment with the employee through an electronic work environment through which jobs and tasks are performed without coming to the location of the company or institution.

The Telework program is one of the important national initiatives launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with the aim of bridging the gap between business owners and those looking for them, who face several obstacles between them and their obtaining suitable job opportunities.

The National Labor Portal "Taqat", one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund and with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, provides a comprehensive electronic platform for the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both public and private, and employment service providers, bringing together job seekers and business owners and allowing the provision and exchange of employment services Efficient and effective training to increase the stability and development of the workforce in the Saudi labor market and contribute to fair job opportunities for all.

Masar National Platform provides its electronic services to government agencies, employees and individuals in the management and development of human resources in accordance with the executive regulations for government human resources. It is considered a technical arm of the Ministry from which all public sector employees can benefit.

Sand program

The program provided by the General Organization for Social Insurance and with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development takes care of the Saudi worker and his family during the period of his unemployment due to circumstances beyond his control, so that the program works to bridge the transitional gap between two jobs by providing the minimum income to provide him and his family with a decent living in addition To provide the necessary training and help him find another job.

Register in the job search assistance program

It is one of the programs to support job seekers who have difficulty obtaining a job for both sexes. The program provides the beneficiaries with an integrated support system through training and qualifying the beneficiary, in addition to a monthly financial allowance that he gets to help him in his serious search for a job.

Doroob program

"Doroob" is a national platform for e-training, and it is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" that seeks to develop the capabilities and raise the skills of the national forces, males and females, and provide them with job skills that support their obtaining a suitable job and settling in it according to the requirements of the Saudi labor market.

Tamheer programme

It is an on-the-job training program directed at Saudi male and female graduates from local and international universities. It aims to train them in governmental institutions and distinguished companies in the private sector, so that they can acquire the expertise and skills necessary to prepare them to participate in the labor market.

Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf"  Leadership Academy

An academy established by the Human Resources Development Fund in 1440 AH with the aim of preparing and developing future national leaders from employees of the private sector for both sexes, and assuming them the leadership of establishments in the Kingdom. This is in order to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 (distinguished qualitative localization of leaders with the ability to plan creatively and innovate).

An electronic recruitment system that enables job-seeking citizens to submit job applications to government agencies that match their qualifications and specializations. It targets holders of a bachelor's degree or higher.
