Article 21

The domestic work contract ends in the following cases:

 1- The expiration of the contract term.

 2- An agreement between both parties to terminate it, provided that the worker's consent is in writing. 

3- The death of either party or the domestic worker's inability to perform the work, based on a certified medical certificate. 

4- The loss of legal capacity by either party, supported by a medical report from accredited authorities.

 5- The inability of either or both parties to continue the domestic work contract due to force majeure. 

6- The domestic worker reaches the age of sixty, unless both parties agree otherwise.
