Article (12):
If the service of the domestic worker is for two years and the parties to the relationship wish to renew the contract of domestic work, the domestic worker is entitled to a leave of thirty days, and if the domestic worker does not enjoy his leave, he is entitled to cash compensation for the termination of the contractual relationship.
Whenever the domestic worker spends two years working for the domestic employer, he shall be entitled to a round trip ticket to his home country or place of residence to spend the entire leave due to him or the remainder of it when he enjoys it, unless the travel is final. He shall be entitled to a one-way ticket only to his home country or place of residence. In the event that he enjoys a vacation in the Kingdom, he shall not be entitled to a ticket or a cash consideration for it.
Article (11):
1- The domestic worker shall be entitled to a weekly rest day with full pay, and not less than twenty-four consecutive hours.
2- The weekly rest day shall be determined by the agreement of the parties to the relationship in the domestic work contract in accordance with the mandatory contract forms decided by the Ministry
3- In the event that the domestic worker is employed on his weekly rest day, he shall have the right to an alternative rest day or cash allowance determined by agreement of the parties to the relationship
Article (13):
1- The domestic worker shall be entitled to sick leave for a period not exceeding thirty consecutive or intermittent days according to a medical report and shall be calculated as follows:
a. The first fifteen days with full pay
b. The next fifteen days with half pay
