It is a national strategic program through which the MLSD seeks for the encouragement and employment of the persons with disbilities who are able to work in the private sector and enabling them to to get decent job opportunities suit their abilities and qualifications and cope with the disability condition besides focusing on the importance of obtaining the supportive facilitative services in order to perform the job tasks and duties in addition to preparing the work environments to be supportive to facilitate performing the job tasks and requirements where the initiative includes 3 work paths including the following:
- Laying down a national strategy for the people with disabilities.
- Revision and amendment the executive rules and regulations of the persons with disabilites.
- Development of the mechanisms and procedures to empower the persons with disbailities who are able to work
