Announcing the survey of the rules governing the outsourcing of labor services

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is launching a survey on the project for rules governing the outsourcing of non-Saudi labor services between establishments through the “Ajeer” program.

These rules aim to regulate the process of outsourcing non-Saudi labor services between establishments and issue permits to regulate the presence of their workers at the work sites of establishments benefiting from their services. They also aim to facilitate these activities in a smooth manner, achieving market regulation by defining internal outsourcing patterns and determining the relevant regulatory and procedural frameworks and legal tools. They also aim to focus on outsourcing services by clarifying its terminology and distinguishing it from outsourcing of manpower, with the aim of raising awareness and enhancing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
