Training and Scholarships Portal
The Training and Scholarship Portal provides a unified portal for all government agencies to apply for training and/or scholarships for their employees. After submitting training and/or scholarships applications, the Ministry of Civil Service will take necessary actions to finalize the application.
- Request service authorization from the Ministry of Civil Service by the government agency representative;
- Signing in to the service through its related link;
- Entering the application data;
- Follow-up and resubmit applications if they are returned by the Ministry.
The user must be a Saudi citizen.
The user must be a government employee and have a record in the systems of the Ministry of Civil Service.
The user must be authorized to use the service.
