The Fiscal Balance Program aims to monitor and foresee the financial performance to maximize oil and non-oil revenues, raise the efficiency of government spending, and manage the related risks while maintaining appropriate financial reserves and a sustainable high ability to borrow from the domestic and international markets in accordance with mid-term Public Debt Strategy to achieve financial sustainability.
