The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has achieved a new digital milestone, with its "Qiwa" and "Musaned" platforms reaching the top results in the Digital Maturity Index issued by the Digital Government Authority for the year 2024. Both platforms ranked among the top 10 government platforms, receiving an "advanced" rating, with the "Musaned" platform securing first place in customer satisfaction with an "outstanding" score of 95.86%.

The Digital Maturity Index for this year evaluated 39 digital platforms based on four main perspectives: customer satisfaction, user experience, handling complaints, and the use of technologies and tools.

The "Qiwa" platform offers a range of services related to the labor ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, providing a stimulating, secure, and user-friendly environment that aims to digitally organize and manage all transactions. Launched in April 2019, the platform has effectively created a comprehensive space linking individuals, businesses, and public services, improving the quality of the work environment. It targets business owners and individuals, allowing them to recruit employees, manage their establishments, evaluate performance, manage business accounts, and access labor office services, among other features. The platform serves private-sector employees with over 130 services, including contract documentation, service certificates, end-of-service calculators, and work permits. It has notably contributed to increasing localization rates in many key sectors.

The "Musaned" platform is designed to offer a comprehensive service for the recruitment of domestic workers, aiming to simplify the recruitment process and ensure the protection of all parties' rights by educating employers and domestic workers about their rights and obligations. The platform addresses previous challenges in the domestic labor market through a streamlined, digitalized process that allows users to select job roles, nationalities, and recruitment offices. Key services include issuing new visas, alternative visas, disability-specific visas, canceling visas, transferring services from organizations to individuals, and documenting recruitment contracts for offices and companies. To facilitate the process for users, the platform has been integrated with several digital wallets to ease the payment of domestic worker wages.

The Ministry has also achieved numerous accomplishments in digital transformation, receiving various awards for its excellence in digital services among government entities in Saudi Arabia and the region. These include second place in website efficiency and digital content from the Digital Government Authority and the Digital Human Resources Award at the Gulf Cooperation Council Government Human Resources Summit, where 226 government and private entities from GCC countries participated.
