The Assistant Undersecretary for Training and Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Mr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, received a delegation from the Civil Service College of the Republic of Singapore on Monday, December 1, 2025, within the framework of enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences between the two countries in the field of human capacity development.
The visit aims to review the most prominent projects and initiatives implemented by the Human Capital Development Agency, as part of its strategy to raise the efficiency of human cadres. The meeting witnessed a detailed review of the achievements of the "Government Employees Delegation Project 2025", which is implemented in cooperation with the Singaporean government, and which has achieved tangible results in developing government performance during the past period.
For his part, His Excellency the Assistant Undersecretary for Training and Development stressed the importance of the visit in exchanging international experiences and developing the human capital system in the Kingdom, pointing out that strengthening qualitative partnerships and exchanging knowledge with world-leading institutions represents a key pillar to achieve the strategic objectives of the Ministry and a vision to build globally competitive national capabilities.
This visit comes within the framework of the Ministry's continuous endeavor to open the horizons of international cooperation with leading institutions, in order to serve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in building an effective and sustainable government system.
