Updating the information of the guardian for a disabled person
It is an electronic service that enables the guardian for a disabled person to benefit from the services available to the disabled person in custody, in accordance with the approved terms and conditions.

Create a guardian account on the Care Platform.

Access the personal profile and complete all required information.

Access to the service for registering guardian for a disabled person information.

Fill in the information and attach the guardianship deed or a reconciliation document issued by the Civil Courts.

Attach the original deed or document.

The guardian’s ID must be valid, and their bank account must be active.

Complete the required information and agree to the acknowledgment and undertaking.
