Pay Violations of work law
This Service allows the establishment to pay its violation detected by inspection.
- Access the objections page on the electronic portal.
- Enter the objections icon:
- Submit an objection request (the employer searches for the violation to which an objection request is to be submitted and presses the objection button).
- The system displays the establishment's data, the employer's data, and the details of the violations.
- The employer enters his IBAN,
- writes the justifications for the request,
- uploads the attachments.
- The employer presses the Submit button,
- the system changes the status of the application to “Waiting for the Committee’s decision,” as shown in the screen below, in addition to the rest of the information that was entered.
- The applicant should be authorized representative of the establishment in the Ministry of labor and Social Development.
- Submit all documents proving the invalidity of the violation.
