Termination of Contractual Relationship
An electronic service that allows employees to terminate their employment contract with their employer, provided the termination conditions are met. The employee submits a request electronically, and the termination process is completed without the need to visit the employer.
- Log in to the beneficiary’s account on Qiwa Individuals.
- Go to "Services" and select "Employment Contracts."
- Search and select the contract to be terminated, then click "Terminate Contract."
- Choose the reason for termination, then click "Next."
- Specify the “Last Working Date”, then click "Next."
- Review the details and click "Submit Termination Request."
- The request will go through electronic procedures to complete the termination.
- The employee must have a valid contract on the Qiwa platform.
- There must be no existing termination request currently under approval for the same contract.
- The service is fully automated and requires no documents.
