Electronic regulation approval service
A service that enables establishments to electronically approve their work regulations
With regard to electronically approving regulations by establishments, the establishment must:
Log in and register on the Qiwa platform.
The client is presented with two options for approving the regulations.
The first option (approving the model bylaw without making any amendments or additions to it through the platform and following the required steps until it is approved and an electronic certificate is issued).
The second option (in the event that the establishment desires to prepare a regulation to organize the work in particular and did not choose the model regulation, in this case it is required to review and attest it from the law firms accredited by the Ministry.
With regard to the participation of law firms in reviewing and approving work organization regulations for private sector establishments other than the standard form electronically, the steps for implementing the service are as follows:
Register in Qiwa platform as a law firm.
Provide justifications that must be available.
Reviewing the accreditation request by the Director of the Systems Audit Department for the private sector to study and accept it.
In the event that the office is approved, it receives the approval requests received from the establishments through the platform.
Submitting the regulations after ensuring their regularity in the final version to the competent department in the Ministry for review and approval.
In the event that there are notes on the list, it is returned to the law firm for amendment.
In the absence of notes on the regulation, the administration shall approve it electronically and provide the facility and the office with a copy thereof.
With regard to electronically approving the regulations by the establishments, the establishment must register on the Qiwa platform., With regard to the participation of law firms in reviewing and approving work organization regulations for private sector establishments other than the electronic unified form, the following conditions must be met, A valid attorney's license., Submit proof that the owner of the office has experience in preparing and discussing work organization regulations, pleading before the labor courts, or proving experience for a period of not less than three years in the field of labor law., Availability of 2 Saudis holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law
It is a service that aims to regulate the internal environment in the establishments by adopting work organization regulations electronically, which creates a safe and effective work environment and raises awareness and improves the work environment.
The model work regulations enable the employer to issue the work organization regulations and have them approved by the Ministry immediately, and establishments can make simple amendments to the regulations such as the number of vacation days, the calendar used, and working days.
As for the customized work regulations, they are specific regulations for each facility, where special terms and conditions are added to the facility that are not available in the model regulations. The preparation and review of the customized regulations are required by accredited law firms, and then approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
