The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced today, Sunday, the launch of the third edition of the Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2026, following its approval by the National Committee for Social Responsibility. This step reflects the Ministry’s continued efforts to promote the adoption of social responsibility practices among private sector companies and institutions, and to encourage their active contribution to achieving sustainable development.

The award serves as a national platform aimed at honoring distinguished entities in the field of social responsibility, highlighting leading practices and impactful initiatives. It also seeks to strengthen the culture of social responsibility and foster healthy competition among private sector establishments to adopt best practices in this field.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Award is divided into two main tracks. The first focuses on evaluating the social responsibility practices of companies and institutions, while the second measures their community contributions. This is carried out according to precise criteria based on approved classification programs and indicators, in addition to data monitored by the National Social Responsibility Platform.

The award also includes several categories in which nominees are classified according to professional and international standards, ensuring transparency and fairness in the evaluation process and enhancing the credibility of its outcomes at the national level.

The award is also expected to include a series of introductory workshops aimed at raising awareness of its criteria and participation mechanisms, and enabling targeted entities to make optimal use of it.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development affirms that the Corporate Social Responsibility Award is one of the national enablers for enhancing the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable developmental impact. This is achieved through the adoption of social responsibility practices based on clear and reliable standards, which contributes to improving the quality of community initiatives and directing them toward national development priorities, in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
