The establishment of a nonprofit association requires submitting an official electronic application on the Center’s website, meeting legal eligibility criteria, preparing the association’s bylaws, and defining its board of directors, in accordance with the provisions of the Nonprofit Associations and Institutions Law. These procedures aim to strengthen governance, ensure transparency, and enable associations to perform their developmental roles efficiently and sustainably, in line with national development objectives.
