The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the results of its inspection and monitoring activities of recruitment offices and companies during the first quarter of 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to regulate the sector, enhance compliance levels, and ensure the protection of the rights of all concerned parties.

The Ministry revealed that a number of violations were detected, which necessitated the enforcement of regulatory measures against 14 recruitment offices. As a result, the activities of three offices were immediately suspended, while the licenses of 11 offices were revoked for failing to rectify their violations within the specified grace period.

The observed violations included breaches of recruitment regulations and labor service provisions, delays in refunding due amounts to beneficiaries, and failure to address customer complaints.

This comes as part of the Ministry’s regulatory and supervisory efforts to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of services provided. It is aligned with its strategy aimed at regulating practices and ensuring the protection of all parties to contractual relationships, thereby contributing to a structured work environment based on transparency and improved beneficiary experience.

The Ministry affirmed its continued commitment to regularly monitoring the performance of recruitment offices and companies, and to applying regulatory penalties against those who fail to comply with relevant laws and instructions, urging all beneficiaries to make use of trusted services through the “Musaned” platform, the national platform approved for regulating recruitment services, which enables electronic contracting with accredited service providers and offers tools for evaluation, reporting, and case follow-up.

The Ministry further noted that violations can be reported via the unified number (920002866) or through the “Musaned” mobile application available on smart devices.
